The compensation includes commission, publicity expenses, development expenses, handling charges and taxes. |

The compensation will be paid on a weekly basis. |

The compensation will be transferred directly to subscriber Bank account via NEFT. |

20% standard deduction (TDS and handling charges). |

Please upload your PAN card to verify and confirm the PAN details. |

TDS certificate ( Form 16A ) will be given to all individuals whose yearly incentive exceeds Rs.15000. PAN number is compulsory to get this certificate. |

For the convenience of easy distribution, logistics and better visibility, Apex has decided to appoint Traders across the country. The trader has to purchase stock in bulk and can resell to Customers. A trader has to buy stock for at least Rs 1 lakh with no maximum limit. |

Trader will get 5% margin on the stock value. Trader has to obtain GST registration as per the law. |

Binary Incentive: 5% of the matching Trader sales |

Daily Ceiling: Rs 10000 |

All our customers can do re purchase from company or from nearest Trader. Loyal customer will 5% discount on FMCG products and 10% on health products. |

In both the above purchase transactions, binary compensation plan is introduced for our business promotion by our Loyal Customers. |

Binary Incentive: 5 to 10 % based on self purchase. |

Payout: Weekly. |

Monthly repurchase is mandatory to get this incentive. |
|
Repurchase Binary is calculated from the date, the loyal customer made self purchase. Till such date, repurchase binary is flushed off. |
